Clarity, without the confusion
Knowing what to eat and making it work in daily life are two different things.
There is no shortage of nutrition advice. What is often missing is someone who takes time to understand your situation, helps you make sense of it all and works with you as you put changes into practice.
That is the purpose of nutrition coaching: informed guidance, realistic priorities and personal support as you develop more consistent eating habits.
Your nutritionist · Richard Geres
Richard brings together his academic training in Nutritional Medicine, professional registration and experience coaching thousands of clients.
You work with Richard himself throughout your nutrition consultations. He gets to know your priorities, listens to your challenges and helps you make informed decisions as your needs change.

Your goals, your starting point
Develop eating habits that support your weight and body-composition goals, with a practical approach you can maintain.
Understand how your food choices fit alongside your training, recovery and everyday activity.
Review your eating habits as your priorities, appetite, activity and circumstances change with age.
Find a way forward through busy schedules, irregular meals, conflicting advice and the cycle of starting again.
Personalised from the beginning
Your eating habits exist within a routine, a household and a set of preferences. Those details matter.
Richard takes time to understand what is realistic for you before agreeing on changes. The approach is shaped around your circumstances and reviewed with you over time.
How it works
Your first consultation is with Richard. Discuss your goals, usual eating patterns, health considerations, previous approaches and what you find difficult.
Together, identify the changes most relevant to you. Agree on a realistic starting point rather than trying to change everything at once.
Richard develops guidance around your needs, preferences and routine, helping you understand both what to change and why it matters.
Follow-up consultations are also personally with Richard. Review your progress, discuss challenges and adjust your approach as your circumstances evolve.
Food is part of life
Your approach needs to work outside the consultation room.
Work commitments, holidays, eating out and family occasions are part of ordinary life. Coaching gives you space to discuss these situations and develop practical ways to handle them.
A difficult week is useful information for your next review. Richard helps you identify what got in the way and agree on a manageable next step, without judgement.
The aim is greater understanding and consistency—not perfection at every meal.
Recognising progress
Your measures of progress should reflect your goals. Weight and body measurements may be relevant, but they are not the only signs that your approach is working.
Richard reviews what matters to you and adapts the guidance accordingly.
Looking for a combined approach?
If your main goal is to reduce body fat and improve body composition, our specialist programme combines strength training, cardiovascular exercise and nutrition support, with progress assessed beyond weighing scales alone.

No. Coaching can also focus on eating consistently, supporting an active lifestyle and developing habits that fit your stage of life. Your goals determine the priorities.
Your preferences and usual meals are part of the conversation. The aim is to develop an approach you can live with, rather than rules disconnected from your life.
Please discuss relevant diagnoses, medication and advice from your treating healthcare professional with Richard. This helps establish whether the service is appropriate and whether coordination or a referral is needed. Nutrition coaching does not replace your medical care.
Nutrition Coaching is a distinct service. If you would like a combined approach to exercise and nutrition, explore our Weight Loss & Body Composition programme or discuss your goals with Richard.
Consultation frequency, programme duration and fees are discussed before you begin, based on the support you need.
