The goal
A clearer picture of progress.
You may want to lose weight, reduce your waistline, feel more comfortable in your clothes or regain confidence in your body.
We begin by understanding what matters to you. Then we build a programme that brings exercise and nutrition together around that goal.
Our focus is on reducing excess body fat while maintaining or building muscle. This is what improving body composition means, and why we look beyond the number on the scales.
We also pay attention to how you move, what you can do and how your fitness develops along the way.
The combined approach
Three parts. One coordinated programme.
Your training and nutrition should support each other. We bring them together in a structured plan that reflects your starting point, capabilities and routine.
01 · Strength
Build your strength.
Your assigned trainer guides you through resistance exercises selected for your experience and physical capabilities. We focus on technique, appropriate progression and developing strength, with muscle preservation an important consideration throughout your weight-loss journey.
02 · Cardiovascular fitness
Develop your stamina.
Cardiovascular work is planned around your current fitness, preferences and any relevant limitations. The type, duration and intensity are adjusted as you progress, helping you build stamina alongside your strength.
03 · Nutrition
Make changes that last.
We review your current eating habits and identify practical changes that support your goals. Your nutrition plan takes account of your routine, preferences and the challenges you face with consistency.
The aim is to help you understand your choices and develop an approach you can continue beyond the initial programme.
Body composition · Styku 3D scanning
Your progress deserves more than a weighing scale.
Body weight provides useful information, but it cannot explain on its own how your body composition, shape or fitness is changing.
That is why we use body-composition analysis and a Styku 3D body scanner as part of our progress assessments.
See your shape.
Styku creates a three-dimensional model of your body. Repeat scans allow us to compare changes in your body shape over time.
Track your measurements.
Circumference measurements, including areas such as your waist and hips, add context to the changes you see on the scales.
Understand the trend.
Body-composition estimates, training records and your weight trend help us build a fuller picture of your progress.

Training and nutrition consistency
Your coach explains the findings and uses them to inform the next stage of your programme. We interpret trends across assessments, rather than judging success by a single reading.
See your progress. Understand it. Use it to guide your next steps.
Your journey
A plan that starts with understanding you.
01
Your starting point
We discuss your goals, previous weight-loss attempts, exercise experience, eating habits, lifestyle and relevant health information. We want to understand both what you hope to achieve and what has made progress difficult in the past.
02
Assessment & realistic goals
Relevant fitness assessments, body-composition analysis and body measurements establish a baseline. Together, we agree on meaningful goals and how progress will be reviewed.
03
Your combined programme
We design your strength training, cardiovascular work and nutrition approach as a coordinated plan. Your schedule, preferences and current capabilities shape how it works in practice.
04
Coaching, review & adjustment
Your trainer coaches your sessions, records your workouts and reviews progress with you. Regular reassessments help us decide when to progress the training or adjust the approach.
Knowing what to do is only part of the process. Following through around work, family, travel and everyday pressures is often the greater challenge.
Working with an assigned trainer provides structure and ongoing support. Your coach gets to know your progress, the obstacles you encounter and the adjustments that help you stay consistent.
Assessments and workouts are recorded in our proprietary app, keeping your training history available to guide future sessions.
You have someone to review progress with, ask questions and help you take the next practical step.
Beyond the initial programme
Build progress you can carry forward.
Our coaching programmes usually run for three months or longer.
This allows time to establish a routine, develop your training and assess how you respond. The right duration depends on your starting point, goals and the support you need. We discuss this with you at the consultation.
From the beginning, we also consider what comes next: how you can continue training, make informed food choices and maintain the habits you have developed.
The aim is to leave you stronger, fitter and better equipped to manage your weight over time.
Before you begin
Your questions, answered.
Is this programme suitable if I am new to exercise?
Yes. We begin with your current capabilities and select exercises and a training pace appropriate to you. You do not need to get fit before starting.
How much weight can I expect to lose?
This varies with your starting point, health, timeframe and consistency. We agree on realistic individual goals after the initial assessment and review your progress as the programme develops. We consider body composition, measurements and fitness alongside weight loss.
Why might my measurements change more than my weight?
Scale weight reflects your total body mass, including fat, muscle and water. Changes in these can affect the reading differently. Your waist measurements, body-composition estimates, scan comparisons and training progress provide additional context. We review them together rather than drawing conclusions from weight alone.
What does the Styku scan show?
It provides a 3D model of your body and circumference measurements that can be compared across scans. Body-composition analysis adds estimates that your coach interprets alongside the other information collected during your programme.
Will my nutrition approach be personalised?
Yes. We consider your current habits, preferences, daily routine and goals when deciding what changes to make and how to put them into practice.
What if I have a health condition or physical limitation?
We discuss relevant health information during your initial interview and consider it when planning your programme. Where appropriate, we may ask for guidance from your treating healthcare professional.
Your next step
Let’s understand your starting point.
Tell us what you would like to change and what has held you back. We will explain how our combined training and nutrition approach could support you and discuss the next steps.
